The Erie Construction Council, Inc., established in 1947, is a membership organization of construction contractors, companies, firms and individuals engaged in the commercial and industrial building construction industry and related fields in Northwestern Pennsylvania. The ECC is a not-for-profit professional trade association promoting our members and the community.
